FOUND: ENGAGEMENT RING?

On the side of the sidewalk, near the stairs outside of Steinberg/Kemper

DESCRIPTION

An expensive-looking ring, probably made of real diamonds. The inscription on its underside suggests this is (was?) an engagement ring. I'm not sure if its owner still wants it, but if it belongs to you or someone you know, please contact me anyway.
